Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

After completion of 3 to 5 years, the Graduate of the B.Tech. Civil Engineering Program will be able to

PEO1: Establish themselves as competent civil engineering professionals in the diversified sectors of engineering through acquiring the knowledge and skills of planning, designing, analysis, management, and modern tools. (Professional excellence)

PEO2: To work as a team or individual in intra- and inter-disciplinary projects by adapting new technology and innovations or engaging themselves in life-long learning through higher studies. (Continuous Self learning of new technologies)

Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

At the time of graduation, the graduates of B.Tech civil engineering program will be able to

PSO1: Plan, analyse, design, estimate, and supervise the different components of a Civil Engineering Infrastructure project.

PSO2: Characterize and evaluate materials for adaptability in civil engineering projects, focusing on improving the performance of Structures with reference to Safety, serviceability, and Sustainability.

PSO3: Develop skills to use Modern tools, software, and various standard code provisions and guidelines in analysis, design, construction planning, and management work.
